STRIP-OUT & DISPOSAL
Removed all existing sodium fixtures and control gear, ensuring responsible disposal without leaving any remnants behind at the site.
LUX TESTING
Conducted on-site lux testing to verify compliance with LTA-recommended levels, logging all results for the club’s operational records.
NEW LED FITTINGS
Installed 600W and 400W LED floodlights, precisely matched to the column layout for consistent light coverage across all courts.
JANUARY TURNAROUND
Completed the entire upgrade within 2–3 days, ensuring minimal disruption to club play and full electrical certification upon sign-off.
Challenges Faced
- Weather Conditions: January’s unpredictable weather posed challenges with cold, wet surfaces and limited daylight, requiring precise scheduling and quick execution.
- Precision Aiming: Achieving LTA lux uniformity across three courts required meticulous aiming adjustments, ensuring every degree of tilt delivered optimal lighting performance.
- Column Wiring: Outdated internal wiring was not compatible with new fixtures, necessitating careful replacement without compromising the structural integrity of the columns.
- Clean Handover: Proper disposal of old fixtures and thorough certification processes ensured a tidy site, with all compliance documentation provided to the club.
