Project Background Brief:
Full Mechanical Electrical refurbishments and upgrades across high street takeaway and restaurant sites, as part of a complete nationwide refurbishment project.
Particular Challenges:
Kokoro have a unique lighting design which is consistent across their restaurants. PPG Projects had to engineer the design to ensure that lighting levels and colours were met. As with any business of this type, timescales were tight to ensure minimum downtime.
Special Project Features:
Design Engineering the lighting to ensure continuity with Kokoro’s brand. Use of high performance and low maintenance to fittings to maximise shop appearance and minimise maintenance. In-house specialist capabilities including CCTV, Fire Intruder Alarms and specialist LED signage. This saved the client having to procure further contractors.
