Jon’s been with us through a period of sharp growth – not just in volume, but in scope and complexity. He’s led the charge on some of our most demanding M&E projects, combining technical know-how with a calm, solutions-focused approach that keeps things moving when others might stall. From high-spec student accommodation builds to technically challenging commercial schemes, Jon has become known for his clear communication, strong on-site leadership and unwavering standards – even when the pressure’s on.
This promotion isn’t just a milestone for Jon – it reflects our wider trajectory. As PPG Projects expands, we’re deliberately building a leadership structure that supports sustainable growth. That means elevating people who’ve proven they can deliver – not just once, but consistently, across projects, teams and clients. It also means investing in talent, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring the people shaping our projects represent the high standards we’re known for.
Jon will now take on greater responsibility across our growing portfolio – helping us deliver larger, faster, more technically ambitious schemes, while continuing to support the next wave of project managers stepping up through the ranks.
