That’s why we’re proud to announce that Sophie has been promoted to Assistant Strategy Manager, following just over a year of sharp impact and standout contribution since joining us as Business Support Administrator.
From day one, Sophie has approached every challenge with energy, focus and a clear understanding of the bigger picture. She’s become a go-to across teams – supporting strategic delivery, connecting the dots between departments, and helping bring clarity to complex operational needs as PPG Projects scales.
Her promotion reflects exactly the kind of internal progression we’re focused on: recognising smart thinking, rewarding initiative, and creating space for people to lead – regardless of their starting point.
